Executive profile

Build businesses. Lead people. Deliver commercial results.

Clayton Lima is a commercial and operations executive with hands-on experience building businesses, developing distribution channels and leading the teams responsible for execution. His career at CVC progressed from branch and territory responsibilities to regional leadership, followed by business ownership and Master Franchise governance.

He developed 18 company-owned agencies. In 2019, the managed network comprised these branches and two independent franchisees across 10 cities. His accountability combined P&L for owned operations and central functions with acquisitions, operating integration, people leadership and B2B/B2C commercial performance.

Recent NOVVA work demonstrates direct client acquisition, proposal development, partner negotiation and coordinated delivery. A tailored product for luxury dealership clients and a renewed international-congress engagement extend this track record into premium and institutional programs. These capabilities underpin his contribution to businesses expanding through channels, partnerships and distributed operations.

CVC is described by CVC Corp as Latin America’s largest leisure tour operator and travel agency network. My trajectory distinguishes corporate branch and regional roles from subsequent ownership and Master Franchise responsibilities.
